PreparationStand midst between beams and grasp bars just below height of chest. Stand in wide step position with front foot placed flat on floor. Raise heel of rear foot. Keep legs slightly bent and look ahead while keeping you torso upright.
ExecutionLower body by bending legs until rear knee reaches ground. Front knee remains above foot. Press body up, keep knees slightly flexed. Repeat. Switch foot position and continue.
