Instructions

Preparation

Sit in machine, place upper arms on pad so that elbow joints are aligned with lever fulcrum. Grasp handles with underhand grip.

Execution

Pull levers by bending arms complextely. Return, keep arms slightly flexed and repeat.

Variations / Comments

Most machine layouts allow exercise to be done alternating or simultaneously.
