PreparationPosition preacher bench in front of low pulley, facing toward pulley. Grasp bar with underhand grip, sit on seat and place upper arms on pad witch chest against upper edge of pad.
ExecutionFully flex arms. Keep upper arms on pad. Return, keep arms slightly flexed. Repeat.
Variations / CommentsAdjust seat of preacher bench to allow upper arms to completely remains on pad throughout motion.
