Position preacher bench in front of low pulley, facing toward pulley. Grasp bar with underhand grip, sit on seat and place upper arms on pad witch chest against upper edge of pad.Execution
Fully flex arms. Keep upper arms on pad. Return, keep arms slightly flexed. Repeat.Variations / Comments
