Preparation
Grasp barbell with shoulderwise underhand grip and sit on bench with feet apart. Lean forward and place elbows against inner thighs.Execution
Flex arms to raise barbell toward shoulders. Keep elbows in position. Return, keep arms slightly flexed. Repeat.Variations / Comments
Concentration curls have to be done slowly, don't pull shoulders back. Avoid any swinging of torso.
