PreparationGrasp barbell with shoulderwise underhand grip and sit on bench with feet apart. Lean forward and place elbows against inner thighs.
ExecutionFlex arms to raise barbell toward shoulders. Keep elbows in position. Return, keep arms slightly flexed. Repeat.
Variations / CommentsConcentration curls have to be done slowly, don't pull shoulders back. Avoid any swinging of torso.
