PreparationGrasp dumbbell and sit on flat bench. Place feet apart, lean forward and put back of upper arm against inner thigh.
ExecutionFlex arm to raise dumbbell toward shoulder. Return, keep arm slightly flexed. Repeat.
Variations / CommentsConcentration curls have to be done slowly, don't pull shoulders back. Avoid any swinging of torso.
