Instructions

Preparation

Sit upright in front of lower pulley, place feet on floor with knees flexed about right-angled. Grasp bar with shoulderwide underhand grip and put elbows against insides of knees.

Execution

Fully flex arms while keeping elbows in position. Back remains straight. Return, keep arms slightly flexed. Repeat.
