PreparationSit on preacher bench. Slightly stand up and reach forward to grasp ez-bar with shoulderwide underhand grip. Sit down, put upper arms on pad.
ExecutionFlex arms to raise bar toward shoulders until forearms are in vertical position. Return, keep arms slightly flexed. Repeat.
Variations / CommentsAdjust seat so that upper arms have maximum contact with arm pad.
