Stand in front of low cable pulley, grasp rope attachment with hand side by side. Keep upper arms in vertical position and elbows to sides.Execution
Fully flex arms to pull rope toward chest. Return, keep arms slightly flexed. Repeat.Variations / Comments
Always keep elbows in position, allow only little or no forward motion while flexing arms.
