PreparationStand in front of low cable pulley and grasp bar with shoulderwide overhand grip. Slightly flex knees and maintain stable position. Keep elbows to sides with upper arms in vertical position.
ExecutionFully flex arms to raise bar toward chest. Return, keep arms slightly flexed. Repeat.
Variations / CommentsAlways keep elbows in position, allow only little or no forward motion while flexing arms.
