Sit on seat, place back against lever pad. Push hips back into position by extending legs. Sit upright.Execution
Look ahead. Bend hips to lean forward. Keep back straight. Return until back is slightly arched. Repeat.Variations / Comments
Position lever pad against shoulder blades. Prevent hips from moving forward pressing legs against platform, or, when using high resistance, by fasten optiional seatbelt.
