Instructions

Preparation

Grasp high bar with wide overhand grip. Flex hips to hold thighs parallel to floor.

Execution

Pull body up until chin reaches bar. Lower body, keep arms slightly flexed. Repeat.

Variations / Comments

Keep thighs up. Let shoulders be pulled upward while extending arms.
