Grasp pull-up bar with wide overhand grip.Execution
Pull body up while torso remains upright. Stop as head is just below bar. Return, keep arms slightly flexed. Repeat.Variations / Comments
Donīt hit bar with head! Pulling up half way is a more pleasant way for beginners. On the other hand itīs a great exercise to finish pull-up training.
