Instructions

Preparation

Put hands wider than shoulderwidth on mat. Place feet on floor and hold body straight . Upper arms remain perpendicular to body.

Execution

Bend arms to lower body toward floor until elbows are flexed right-angled. Return, keep arms slightly flexed. Repeat
