PreparationSit on seat of chest press station, adjust seat to position mid chest at height of handles. Grasp handles with overhand grip, keep elbows aligned between wrists and shooulders. Use optional foot lever to release weights.
ExecutionPress lever until arms are almost extended. Return until elbows and shoulders are aligned. Repeat.
Variations / CommentsKeep wrists straight throughout motion and let shoulders rest against back pad.
