PreparationGrasp two opposing high pulley stirrups. Stand centrical between weight stacks, keep hips and knees slightly flexed. Let elbow point upward.
ExecutionMove hands to sides of waist. Keep elbows fixed and facing to sides in lower position. Return and repeat.
