|Low Crossover Cable Pulley
PreparationGrasp two opposing low pulley stirrups and lie supine on flat bench. Keep arms slightly flexed and let elbows face down.
ExecutionMove arms toward each other above chest in an embracing motion. Keep elbows fixed and facing to sides in upper position. Return and repeat.
