PreparationLie supine in back pad and position hips under sled. Place feet hip-wide against platform. Slightly extend knees to raise weight. Release clamp levers and grasp handles.
ExecutionFlex hips and knees to lower sled until knees are right-angled. Return, keep knees slighty flexed and repeat.
Variations / CommentsKeep hips on pad and heels on platform. Let feet point in same direction as knees.
