PreparationSit upright on mat. Extend one leg and place foot of other leg against outside of knee. Rotate torso in direction of bent knee. Put hand of same side on floor behind to support body. Put elbow of other arm against outside of bent knee.
ExecutionUse elbow to push bent knee over extended leg. Hold stretch. Continue with opposite side.
