Instructions

Preparation

Grasp one low pulley stirrup. Kneel besides stack, keep hips and knees slightly flexed. Let elbow point to side.

Execution

Move arm to front until height of chest. Keep elbow fixed and facing down in upper position. Return and repeat.

Variations / Comments

Exercise can be performed kneeling or standing. Kneeling position provides better stability.
