Instructions

Preparation

Grasp bottles, stand upright and hold hands in front of thighs. Keep elbows slightly flexed and let palms face toward thighs.

Execution

Raise bottles up until upper arms are parallel to floor or slightly higher. Return and repeat.

Variations / Comments

Exercise can be done simultaneously, alternating or simultaneousyl-alternating.
