Instructions

Preparation

Kneel in front of low cable pulley and grasp stirrup. Keep back upright.

Execution

Pull attachment to side of weist body, keep elbow close to body and pull shoulder blade backward. Continue with opposite side.

Variations / Comments

Exercise can alse be done in seated position.
