Instructions

Preparation

Stand in front of low cable pulley and grasp bar attachment with shoulderwide overhand grip. Step back and bend torso forward until it is about perpendicular to cable direction. Keep knees slightly bent while letting arm show towards cable origin.

Execution

Pull bar attachment toward belly. Let elbows travel close besides torso. Return, keep arms slightly bent. Repeat.

Variations / Comments

Look ahead throughtout motion to keep back straight. Stabilize body, avoid any swinging.
