Instructions

Preparation

Sit in machine and place chest against pad. Use optional support lever to bring handles in position. Grasp handles with overhand grip.

Execution

Pull lever back, move elbows behind and pull shoulders backwards. Return, keep arms slightly flexed to maintain tension. Repeat.

Variations / Comments

As as lever is beeing pulled, bring shoulder blades together. Allow shoulders to be dragged forward while extending arms.
