Instructions

Preparation

Grasp low bar with slightly wider than shoulderwide grip. Place feet on ground and keep body straight. Hold upper arms perpendicular to body.

Execution

Bend arms to lower body until elbows are flexed right-angled. Return, keep arms slightly flexed. Repeat.

Keep body straight throughout motion.
