Instructions

Preparation

Grasp dumbbell with and kneel in front of flat bench. Put forearms on bench, wrist of working hand just beyond edge of bench, palm facing up. Extend wrist.

Execution

Flex wrist as high as possible. Return and repeat. Continue with opposite side.
