PreparationGrasp bottle and sit on chair. Place feet apart and put back of upper arm against inner thigh.
ExecutionFlex arm to raise bottle toward shoulder. Return, keep arm slightly flexed. Repeat.
Variations / CommentsConcentration curls have to be done slowly, don't pull shoulders back. Avoid any swinging of torso.
