Preparation
Grasp bottle and sit on chair. Place feet apart and put back of upper arm against inner thigh.Execution
Flex arm to raise bottle toward shoulder. Return, keep arm slightly flexed. Repeat.Variations / Comments
Concentration curls have to be done slowly, don't pull shoulders back. Avoid any swinging of torso.
