Instructions

Preparation

Grasp bottles, stand upright with knees slightly flexed and hold hands to sides with elbows and palms pointing backward.

Execution

Flex either arm to raise dumbbell toward chest. Keep elbow in position. Return while flexing other arm. Repeat.

Variations / Comments

Exercise can be done simultaneously, alternating or simultaneousyl-alternating.
