Instructions

Preparation

Lie on mat in lateral position. Keep body straight. Put hand of high arm on floor to stabilize body. Extend other arm beyond and let head rest on upper arm. Place feet on each other.

Execution

Simultaneously raise both legs off floor as high as possible. Return and repeat.
