Preparation

Grasp broomstick with wide overhand grip, stand upright and hold broomstick above head.

Execution

Move broomstick back behind shoulders. Keep arms slightly flexed. Hold stretch.

Variations / Comments

Choose closer grip distances as shoulder flexibility increases.
