Instructions

Preparation

Stand in front of fixed bar and place heel of either leg on bar.

Execution

Straighten leg. Hold stretch. Continue with opposite side.

Variations / Comments

Let foot of supporting leg point forward. Pull foot of stretched leg toward knee to increase effect and to include calves.
