Instructions

Preparation

Sit on chair and grasp edge of chair close to thighs. Extend legs and with arms press body off and in front of bench.

Execution

Lower body until arms are flexed right-angled. Return, keep arms slightly flexed. Repeat.

Prevent chair from rolling away.
