PreparationGrasp horizontal bar with shoulderwide overhand grip and pull body up until chin is at height of bar. Bend legs a little.
ExecutionSlightly flex waist and raise one leg up until thigh is little higher than parallel to ground. Return, simultaneously pull other leg up. Repeat.
