Instructions

Preparation

Sit in machine and place back against back pad. Grasp handles with overhand grip. Keep upper arm perpendiular to torso and let let elbow point down.

Execution

Press lever up overhead until arms are almost extended. Return until elbow are just below shoulders. Repeat.

Variations / Comments

Press back against pad. Avoid hollow back.
