Instructions

Preparation

Squat between Trimmfit and grasp bars with overhand grip. Place feet to front while keeping knees bent right-angled. Shift bodyweight to arms.

Execution

Lower body until arms are bent right-angled. Press up without locking elbows. Return and repeat.

Look ahead. Keep wrists as straight as possible.
