Instructions

Preparation

Sit on edge of table and put hands shoulderwide apart on table surface. Raise body off table and step forward. Extend legs and put heels on floor.

Execution

Bend arms to lower body until elbow are flexed right-angled. Return, keep arms slightly flexed. Repeat.
