PreparationSit down with legs below table and with both hands grasp edge of table slightly wider than shoulderwide apart. Step forward to extend body. Put heels on floor.
ExecutionPull body up until chest reaches table. Return until body is just before reaching floor. Repeat.
Variations / CommentsBodyweight row is a quite demanding exercise. The lower the table the higher the effort.
