Instructions

Preparation

Grasp left high pulley cable stirrup with right hand and vise versa. Stand centrical between stacks, hold hands in front chest, elbows slightly flexed, pointing outward.

Execution

Pull cables behind in circular motion until elbow are behind back. Bring shoulder blades together. Return and repeat.

Variations / Comments

Keep arms slightly flexed throughout motion.
