Instructions

Preparation

Stand centrical between weight stacks and grasp left low pulley stirrup with right hand and vice versa. Keep elbows slightly flexed and stand upright.

Execution

With elbows fixed raise arms to sides until elbows are at height of shoulders. Return and repeat.

Variations / Comments

Let elbows face behind. In upper position try to keep hands slightly lower than elbows.
