Instructions

Preparation

Stand in front of or sit in machine. If available select a programm, otherwise adjust level of resistance manually. Grasp both handles.

Execution

Rotate crank lever forward or backward.

Variations / Comments

Adjust height of crank shaft between shoulder and chest and crank length to keep front arm elbow slightly flexed.
