Instructions

Preparation

Stand with feet shouderwide apart and Elastic Band fixed under feet. Squat down and grasp ends of Elastic Band nearby knees. Keep back and arms straight, hips flexed and look ahead.

Execution

Extend legs and hips. In upper position keep knees slightly flexed. Return and repeat.
