In lateral position put Elastic Band around thighs. Place lower elbow below shoulder and let forearm point forward. Hold other arm close to side. Flex both legs right angled, align knees hips and torso and raise hips off floor.Execution
Raise upper leg as high as possible. Return, donīt let leg rest. Repeat. Reverse position and continue with opposite side.Variations / Comments
