Instructions

Preparation

Lie supine on mat, flex legs and place feet on floor. Put Elastic Band on hip, grasp ends and hold arms on floor to sides.

Execution

Raise hips until knees, hips and shoulders are alighned. Return, donīt let hips rest. Repeat.
