PreparationIn quadrupes position place center of Elastic Band against bottom of one foot. Grasp ends. Keep back straight and head in neutral position.
ExecutionExtend leg and opposite arm until thigh and upper arm are parallel to floor. Keep position for a moment, return and repeat. Continue with opposite side.
