Instructions

Preparation

In wide lunge position keep rear knee close above floor. Put Elastic Band under front foot and grasp both ends with hands hear front knee. Keep torso upright and look forward.

Execution

Extend legs. In upper position keep knees slightly flexed. Return and repeat. Continue with opposite side.

Variations / Comments

Keep knee above foot throughout motion.
