Instructions

Preparation

In lateral position put Elastic Band around thighs. Let lower arm support head and place hand of other arm on floor in front. Flex legs.

Execution

Raise upper leg as high as possible. Return, donīt let leg rest. Repeat. Reverse position and continue with opposite side.
