Instructions

Preparation

In lateral position put Elastic Band around lower thighs. Let lower arm support head and place hand of other arm on floor in front. Keep legs straight.

Execution

Raise upper leg as high as possible. Return, donīt let leg rest. Repeat. Reverse position and continue with opposite side.
