Instructions

Preparation

Lie supine on mat, flex legs and place one foot on floor. Put Elastic Band on hip, grasp ends and hold arms on floor to sides. Lift other leg.

Execution

Raise hips until knee, hips and shoulders are aligned. Return, donīt let hips rest. Repeat. Continue with opposite side.
