Instructions

Preparation

Sit on mat, flex legs and place feet shoulderwide apart on floor. Put Elastic Band on hip, grasp ends, lean back and place hands on floor behind. Keep arms straight.

Execution

Raise hips until knees, hips and shoulders are aligned about parallel to floor. Return, donīt let hips rest. Repeat.
