PreparationStand with feet shouderwide apart and Elastic Band fixed under feet. Squat down and grasp ends of Elastic Band close to knees. Keep back and arms straight, hips flexed and look ahead.
ExecutionExtend legs and hips. Simultaneously flex arms. In upper position keep knees slightly flexed. Return and repeat.
