Instructions

Preparation

Lie supine on mat, place center of Elastic Band against bottom of feet and fixate ends under hips. Flex hips to raise legs. Put arms on floor to sides.

Execution

Extend legs toward ceiling. Keep knees slightly flexed. Return and repeat.
